Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
It is always best to call or email us before a purchase if you are in doubt of the suitablitiy or compatability of a product for your application.
If we made a mistake shipping an incorrect item we will exchange the item at no cost to you.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email info@theftcontrol,.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Tag detachers can not be returned for a refund. We will be pleased to exchange it for same type or one of a different styl. If there is a price difference, you be credited or charged for the difference
Merchandise that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your purchased item is in like new condition, you may exchange your purchased item for a different type or style. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
